How unequal is Romania? For the Friedrich Ebert Foundation Romania (FES), a team from the ILS complied the study “Unequal Romania. Regional socio-economic disparities in Romania”. In recent years, Romania has been the fastest growing economy within the EU. However, the economic benefits of European integration are not equally distributed across the country.
