Practising urban agriculture positively influences household organic waste management habits: A quantitative study from Florianópo-lis, Brazil

Together with colleagues from the FoodE consortium, ILS scientist Kathrin Specht has published an article on the topic of “urban agriculture” in the journal “Waste Management & Research”. Based on a quantitative study from Florianópolis (Brazil), the article shows that urban agriculture has a positive effect on the behaviour of households when disposing of organic waste. https://doi.org/10.1177/0734242X241271025.
