Gleichzeitig entstehen neue Spielr\u00e4ume f\u00fcr die Umnutzung zentral gelegener Immobilien und Fl\u00e4chen. Gefragt sind stadtentwicklungspolitische Ans\u00e4tze, die urbane Zentren als vielf\u00e4ltige, lebenswerte (Wohn-)R\u00e4ume jenseits rein konsumorientierter Nutzungen neu denken.
