Der Artikel befasst sich mit der Analyse der Netzwerkstrukturen innerhalb von Bauernm\u00e4rkten in der italienischen Stadt Bologna. Die Studie beleuchtet die Funktionsweise lokaler Lebensmittelnetzwerke, das Engagement der Gemeinschaft und die Rolle der verschiedenen beteiligten Akteure. Die Ergebnisse zeigen nicht nur die Bedeutung von Akteuren, die als Vermittler im Netzwerk dienen, sondern auch der Bauernm\u00e4rkte, die einen entscheidenden Beitrag f\u00fcr die nachhaltige Transformation st\u00e4dtischer und lokaler Lebensmittelsysteme leisten k\u00f6nnen.
